Day 1
On the first day participants started the day with a speed dating activity where they discussed on different topics between each other in order to get to know each other in a better way. They discussed topics like -What is your biggest fear? -What would you do if you won the lottery? and many other topics. After this activity they drew a photo of their life which was meant to represent their life in one picture. They all got the opportunity to present their art with the rest of the group and explain the meaning behind it. Than we started discussing about our fears, expectations and contributions from the project. Each one of us wrote them down and we briefly red them in front of others and made a discussion about them. After the break we got split into multicultural groups and started exploring the city in a city hunt game. Each team got to explore the culture and locations in Marsaxlokk by accomplishing multiple tasks together. We got together once every group was finished and watched the results. After that we got to discuss the rules and responsibilities that we want to set for our team. Once we agreed to the rules we started drawing portraits of each other and sharing the instructions of the secret friend game. With this came the conclusion of the day by doing a group team leaders meeting. In the evening some of the participants went to visit the town together while others took a rest in the accommodation.
Day 2
On the second day, the Greek team led an introductory workshop on bullying, involving participants in discussions about related emotions and actions, followed by interesting theater performances by the participants. The groups of participants had the task to imitate a different type of victim or feeling. This led to a lot of theatrical performances. After that, the Serbian team facilitated a workshop exploring various types of bullying. They started their workshop with an interesting energizer which was a name game meant to make sure that we know the names of each other. After that they split the participants into different groups and gave them a task to prepare a presentation on the different types of bullying that exist. Each group presented their type of bullying in the best way possible that they know. After the presentations followed a reflection of the activity where the Serbian team led the discussion with questions about the activity and what can we learn from it. In the end they finished the workshop with a quick team building activity with pick up lines, where participants chose a random pickup line and said it to each other.

Day 3
The third day was started with the Hungarian team and their workshop on the impact of social media and how to use it. They did an Ninja energizer outdoor and started showing us different types of social media tools and how can we use them. They also prepared an presentation about social media. After that the Maltese team took over and they had a lot of interesting games for us, Pass the signal, Catch the princess and Pass the marker. After the energizing part they split us into groups to prepare a presentation on the positive aspects of social media which was focused around 5 key questions. The participants explored which social media they use in their life the most and how is it impacting their life. After the presentation of each team we all got together to discuss the impacts of social media together. Once the discussion was finished we concluded the day with a quick tickets session, checking the progress of the national teams in the good deeds chart and a reflection of the day. Serbia, North Macedonia, and Malta came together for an intercultural night where they presented their culture, showed us their dances and we tried the different types of food that they brought

As the exchange progressed into the final days we had to focus on creating the anti-bullying campaign. One part of the group created the Handbook of materials about cyberbullying. Another group focused on creating the Web Blog of the project together. Some were together to create video and written testimonials from the project. There was a group which focused also on creating a short movie from the materials from the project. The groups were formed based on the competencies that the participants already had. After they created all of the materials we all gathered together to create videos about the anti-bullying campaign. After we finished the videos we all gathered together in the activity room and watched them together. After that in the evening we had a dance-off competition together where each national team prepared a choreography for the whole group. We decided that each team is a winner in the competition and continued with the dance-off until the rest of the night.

After that we quickly fulfilled an evaluation form and had an reflection activity where each of us drew what would they bring home in a suitcase from the project. After we finished with these the time to reveal the secret friends that we had arrived. We had a participant seating with his eyes closed while their secret friend appeared in front of them and had to guess who it can be. Than we received our Youthpasses in an interactive way. One person described the characteristic of the person that they randomly chose and the public had to guess who it is. Once we all received our YouthPasses and did our ceremony together we made a group photo for the end. Than we had our closing circle where each participant shared their closing thoughts on the Youth Exchange. Thats how the project concluded and we all went to leave the last messages on the papers of other participants.
